Please read the following app policy and terms and conditions. Your use of the B3 app means that you agree to them.

1. What the platform is

B3 is an online auction marketplace that lets items be listed and bid on. The platform is a technical intermediary only: buying, selling and handover are the responsibility of the two parties, and the platform charges no commission on any deal.

2. A bid is a commitment

Every bid you place is a serious commitment to buy if you win. Bids cannot be taken back, and manipulating auctions or placing fake bids exposes the account to suspension.

3. Buy Now

Pressing the Buy Now button ends the auction immediately at the stated price and opens a deal room lasting 24 hours to complete the agreement. Withdrawing without cause counts as a violation.

4. Bid packs

Bid packs are bought through the Apple store exclusively. Free bids renew daily according to your membership tier and do not carry over; paid bids do not expire.

5. Prohibited items

Listing any item that breaches the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited, including weapons, medicines, counterfeit goods and banned substances. Every listing is reviewed before it is published.

6. Verification

Verifying an account is optional and requires valid ID. Some categories and high amounts require a verified account. ID photos are deleted as soon as review is complete.

7. Contracts

When a deal is completed the system issues a verified contract recording the details of the sale, sends it to both parties by email, and keeps it in the contract archive.

8. Privacy and data protection

We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Your data is never sold and never shared with a third party for marketing. You may request an export of your data or delete your account at any time. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Violations and suspension

Repeated violations (withdrawing from deals, prohibited content, manipulation) lead to the account being suspended. Deleting your account prevents re-registration with the same Apple account for six months.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, and you will be notified inside the app of any material change. Continuing to use the app after an update means that you agree to it.
